Be careful with Les. He is very unprofessional and rude. We've had business with him and he reverses his credit card payments after you provide services to him. And then he threatens you to stop sending him invoices. I would highly recommend looking for a plumber with ethics.

Graham Plumbing was very responsive and their performance exceeded expectations. When our simple job proved to be more complicated than initially thought, Steve from Graham came back out and stayed as long as needed to resolve it. Upon restoring our plumbing back to its intended state, he did not charge extra for the extra hours spent on the job. These guys were honorable, efficient, and very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

The most important thing to have when you start the journey into lining or brush coating is having a real person with real experience that actually answers the phone when you need advice, help or supplies short notice. This company has always been there for me and my team weather it's 6am or 3am. I know several other companies around the country that haven't had the same experience with other distributors and I wouldn't recommend any one other then these people.

I called Nic-Beck’s Plumbing for an estimate for a mainline sewer blockage. Their estimate was a fraction of what we received from other companies and included more than what was being offered by their competitors!…I was shocked by the other outrageous prices we received and am thankful for calling around for additional estimates. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the process to resolve the issue was explained in full detail. All of the technicians were respectful and courteous from the very start and made my frustrating day and experience pleasurable. This review is long over do for Platinum Plumbing. Platinum Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use and refer. The professionalism, honesty, dependability and cleanliness is par none. I am always reluctant to allow people into my home without me being present but Platinum Plumbing(and my house cleaner) are the only people I trust and do not have to worry. There is no question I have and will continue referring them to anyone looking for the best of the best plumber, whether an emergency or a scheduled installation. Stay away far away. Giving them 1 star is too nice. I had a pin hole leak in my irrigation shut off valve. The tech came out and finished the job in about an hour. The charge was$510 and included maybe $10.00 in parts. I called the company to get an invoice of the work that was done. On the invoice it stated there were 2 jobs done, I guess they justify that for charging such a high price. The job that was charged and not done and not needed to be done was repair pipe in wall. That was never an issue. The pipe that was fixed was about 2 inches below the soil in the flower bed. Terrible company.
