Leon is very professional, caring, and delivers excellent customer service! He took care of my upstairs bathtub leak and was very thorough with his work (of art!).

I just wanted to let everyone know that Andy is the first honest and fair plumber I’ve ever met. I’ve never worked with him in the past but wish I knew him sooner. I’ve worked with big name and local plumbers but always felt ripped off at the end. With Andy, he will explain things to you the best way possible and will give you an honest assessment. Will definitely recommend.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I can't imagine a more honest and helpful introduction and will tell anyone needing a plumber to reach out to them. Thank you again Old Town if you read this!

Good service and follow up

I had a huge flood in my basement I called water damage restoration in Orange County and they were super professional they came same day late at night and they extract the entire water from the basement.
At the same time, they removed all the wet Sheetrock to prevent turning into mold the also left commercial dehumidifiers and fans for 4 days when they came after 4 days to pick the machines. Very professional setup, and to make sure that all the water damage was gone.They were super fast and professional and the crew was very nice all the way in the process I highly recommend them to anybody that needs an emergency service thank you guys!!!!

I called them and they responded right away and were able to get to my house within 90 minutes on a Saturday Evening.
