Juan was professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Our kitchen sink wouldnt' drain, even after we tried to snake it our selves. When he met resistance in the line, he said, i woudl like to stop here and test to see if the blockage has been cleared. I have met resistance, and i am afraid i may do more damage than help if i push to hard. Luckily for us, the blockage was clear and further work was not needed. We are mid renovation, and he asked us if he could make a recommendation. He suggested, that since we have the floors ripped up anyway, that we should go ahead and replace the lines. In a 1960 house, they are at end of life and cast iron, so the bottoms are likely rusted out in places. He was in and our in 30 minutes. We had a port(?) outside our house, so he was able to access our plumbing externally.

My only annoyance was with scheduling, they didn't actually have open the time we wanted online. So their system doesn't actually align w/ their availability. We requested a 6pm slot. They called me within 5 minutes, but said they weren't actually available until 10am the next morning. So, very responsive in their Customer service, but misleading with their availability.

So Juan was amazing, the company could use a more accurate scheduling tool.

After contacting 3 plumbers in OC. And one of the three plumbers showed up with an outrageous estimate on my water leak in the pipe from my home to the street, a family member referred me to AJ at Centerset Plumbing with a $2000.00 less estimate and helped me out immediately with my water leak.

This plumbing company setup an appointment with me for 12 noon to 4 pm today and never called or showed up. I had a very simple plumbing repair to replace a tankless cold-water filter that had become stuck by deposits. I even bought the new filter for them before their arrival, but they never called and never showed up. Then they have the audacity to text me to reschedule for another day where I'm scheduled for work having no regard for my time or schedule. They use social media to gain a volume of clients then never perform according to scheduled times. This is a joke!

I was directed to this company from socalgas for my water heater issue. Got diagnosed and told for pilot assembly and gas controller issue. I am not an expert so I had to go by the guys who are claiming ‘experts’ themselves. I was given the estimate of $525 to fix the issue and the technician said it would be an hour work job. Since it was an emergency, I even paid the express shipping fee to order the parts.

For the estimate I was given compared to the time required to fix totally did match for me so I had a handyman I know to come and look at it. He diagnosd for gas connect issue and fixed it in 10 minutes without replacing any parts and all the complicated work process.

I called the company again spoke to the manager but they only went by the manual and gave the estimate based on their rates and blah blah. They could have been right and how I resolved my issue could be only temporary, but, if this company/technician really concerned about my issue he could had done the same thing and fix ‘temporarily’ since we had been asserting the issue is emergent since the issue is at my business rather than just giving me the $525 repair estimate cost in the beginning. In results, I am still waiting for the parts that I didn’t even get to see those yet that I paid for express and paid diagnosis did not help me at all.

Be aware when you deal with the company.
