We had the BEST prompt and professional service from Owen Plumbing! They solved a huge problem with our toilet, it ended up having roots growing underneath in the piping. They are very courteous and understanding as we needed them out quickly! My grandma has dementia so it was difficult to try and get her not to use the bathroom and they made some schedule changes to come out ASAP! This review is long over do for Platinum Plumbing. Platinum Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use and refer. The professionalism, honesty, dependability and cleanliness is par none. I am always reluctant to allow people into my home without me being present but Platinum Plumbing(and my house cleaner) are the only people I trust and do not have to worry. Jason was wonderful to work with. He was so professional and educated me on the issues our AC was having. Had a plumber tell me my sewer line under our home needed to be replaced because it was cracked. I called freedom plumbing to inquire about alternatives. Spoke to Chris, one of the owners. He said there were options to me having to tearing up the sewer pipe which runs through our home's concrete slab. He suggested he look at it first. He came out ran a camera through my sewer line and said he saw no major problem except for a need for a hydro jet cleaning. He did that then ran the camera through a second time and saw no issue. This saved me allot of hassle and mess if I would have followed the advice of the previous plumber. I did not have a clean out pipe. I had them install one so the next time I need a clean out of inspection they would not need to go up on the roof. Also in case there is ever a back up, it will outside my home versus in the home. They were efficient, reasonably priced and the cement work they did to cover where they had to break on my front patio to install the clean out was a 10 out of 10. The cement work blended perfectly. Highly recommend them.
