Just had them fix a clogged sink and broken garbage disposal today. Called and they sent someone next day. Jeff M came and was very easy to talk to, very professional. He explained what was causing the problem and our options of how to fix it. Once we decided He got straight to work and did everything nice and quick with zero issues. Highly recommend

Had an emergency hot water heater leak tonight, but live in community with rules no plumbers after 6pm and it was 8:30. Risking a fine I told security to let orange coast plumbing in. Nate was assigned and he called me first to understand the situation. He asked me to face time with him if I could show him what was happening. He helped me turn off the water and turn this handleLeft and this one right and that or down and more handles on hot water heater in different directions then had me check to see if water was off and then unplug recirculation pump before continuing so it didn’t burn it out. Leak had stopped shooting water through my garage. Within 10 minutes Nate had everything under control till morning when he’ll come to fix leak and turn everything back on. Thank Orange Coast and Nate for being so patient, professional, and kind. I will continue to use OC Plumbing for any plumbing needs. MB
