The service was difficult to rate. B&C replaced a furnace in October 2022 It was not used until the December holidays and then it was discovered there was a problem - very noisy and did not heat properly. The problem was not resolved until the end of February 2023 after 2 unusually cold months without a furnace that worked properly. I believe the slowness was due to the manufacturer of the unit, B&C, and the response to a female customer is not the same as to a man. Once my husband contacted B&C, the part was found and installed within hours. What was upsetting and tarnished the reputation of B&C is the slowness to correct the problem. We've been a B&C customer for decades. Once bitten twice shy; the next time we need their services we will be very careful and less trusting.

This company is awesome! They were so on top of everything and made the entire process very easy. I needed my backflow tested and they came out right away. They have great prices and outstanding customer service! I’ll definitely be using them every year for my annual backflow test. Thank you One Flow! 😁
