On the recommendation of my excellent handyman, I had Owen Plumbing come to my home a few years ago to repair a hot water pipe leak. The owner came out, said there were two options, they'd try the less expensive one first. That worked. I was so impressed with the plumbers and owner I recently had them out for a minor repair (toilet shut offs that didn't shut off). That was taken care of, then I discussed having a water pressure valve for the house. The plumber checked it and said, no, you don't need that. Anytime a skilled worker says that, my appreciation grows, he could have just done it, and I wouldn't have been the wiser.

Fast forward to this past weekend (Easter). I needed fast, quick and reliable work done on my shower. Work done well on time

Regency's was on time for the service call, completed the requested work (removal/install of kitchen sinks) in an exemplary manner and the project cost was very reasonable when compared to several other companies, some of whom would not even take on the project.

Tyler Mello was highly professional, competent and very good at debris control. He spent 7 hours on the first shower leak; then 5 hours on the second shower leak. I am totally satisfied with how my showers function now. I will certainly call Scott English for any future plumbing work. Thank you, Tyler!

I would like to compliment your journeyman plumber, Robert, on his professionalism and the pride he takes in his work. His honesty and integrity are to be commended. He could have easily have said our toilet water inlet valve had to be replaced, but instead he fixed it.I asked his advice on an upcoming Kohler bathroom remodeling regarding rain shower controls and positioning. He said by using the existing mixing valves we can control the hand held and rain showers individually.
BTW - it was the Kohler Corp. that referred us to B&B Plumbing, and I am glad we did.
