We bought our first home and one of our projects was to find help for the plumbing. After researching different companies online, we called Clean-Out Kings for a quote. They were flexible with scheduling and provided a detailed quote based on what we needed done. They were able to handle both water plumbing and gas plumbing, AND we got a great rebate on a tankless water heater! Brian and Angel were really friendly and helped explain what they were doing, as well as provided an estimated timeline for completion. On a 4 day project, they finished a day early. As with any renovation of a 50+ year old house, they identified some issues that we were not aware of. One being the roots blocking our sewer pipe. Brian quickly identified the problem area and explained to us our options, including pricing breakdown. We opted for the more permanent solution to protect our sewer line. They managed to dig, clean, and install the liner all in one day. Thankfully with their expert guidance, this is an issue we will no longer have to worry about. Since we have been doing a lot of the other home improvements ourselves, Brian let us know they have additional flexible scheduling for when they need to come back for the finishing touches. Tom was very friendly and professional. He was even careful not to let my cats out. He answered the phone after normal business hours and was able to come out early on a Saturday morning to fix my shower.

I was met with a slab leak as a first time home owner one a year deep into ownership. I was overwhelmed and had no clue what company or what to do. After talking with 3 other companies Parker Russel came in from All City Plumbing and I knew HE was it. He was incredibly patient, detailed and really helped me during a time of stress. A couple days in and Dylan Allee came in to help with the full repipe and tankless water tank. They were an amazing team and Dylan was a hard worker that was willing to step in and work long hours to push the completion of the project. He was just as amazing and they were a real dream team.

The work completed was amazing, detailed and well planned out. I never felt out of the loop and I genuinely would only reach out to Parker for any of my plumbing needs. I’ve had multiple projects in my home and they are the only ones I can honestly say that I genuinely enjoyed having them in my home.

For the record, over the last 30 + years at this address I've been using Orange Coast Plumbing increasingly because theirs has been the most professional and competent service I've found. This week my water system was letting out unearthly howls. Nolan Rodriguez was the responding technician, replaced my 50-gallon water heater and recirculation pump, and added a drip pan, drain line, and expansion tank. Nolan was a very neat, professional, and pleasant person; he was fast, thorough, neat and knew exactly what he was doing. No mess!
