Big Larry came out and gave AMAZING service! Our basement flooded around 5pm. We called around for more than an hour to get someone to come out and shake it. Unfortunately, many people in metro Detroit are experiencing flooded basements. Quinton answered and said someone will be out in an hour. Although it did take longer than an hour (due to them being extremely busy), we are so grateful that someone was able to come out tonight. Larry was very friendly and did a thorough job. The roots in our system makes the job a little tougher. We'll definitely use Quick Fixx again. Thanks Larry!

Jon came out to install a new garbage disposal. I was expecting at least a few days before they would be able to come out, but he came out immediately. Jon was very professional, courteous, and cleaned up when he was finished. He even gave me a tip to keep my plumbing clean, so I wouldn’t have to call a plumber for small pipe clogs. I have used Best Plumbing for several jobs, and have always been satisfied with their staff and service. They are reasonably priced too!!!

I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!

Don't know what they are doing and are expensive.
