Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
I really appreciated Jerry/ jay awesome customer service.

Long story.... I called WaterWork out to address a backup in my basement. I've called them before and had no complaints with the service. This time, however, they came out and tried to clear the line, and told me that I needed the line jetted, which they don't do. That cost me a cool $330! The plumbers that came out were professional enough, but apparently weren’t knowledgeable enough to do what the new plumber did as a matter of routine.So I called a company that does jetting, and they took a look and told me that wasn't what was needed, and that it would potentially cause more problems than not. Also, to my surprise, he did NOT charge me for the visit. I then called WaterWork back, and they sent a different plumber who basically told me the same thing about getting the line jetted.I then called another plumber recommended by a friend. They came out and cleared the main clean out, which he accessed by moving the washing machine. Neither of the WaterWork plumbers did that. When I asked the new plumber how he knew that it might located be under the washing machine, he said that an experienced plumber would know to look there if it could not be located elsewhere.He was in and out in less than an hour, fixed the problem and charged me MUCH less than WaterWork. I tried to get at least a partial refund since they wasted my money, but that didn’t work out either. So a job that should have cost less than $200 ended up costing more money than $500, months thanks to WaterWork. Silver lining is that I found a superior plumbing service that is also less expensive!

We recently had some water in our basement early morning hours. We called multiple places (not Bison!) and was able to get someone to come out. Long story short, they wanted to jackhammer up our basement for a cracked pipe, but they had already packed up the camera so we couldn’t see the cracked pipe. It didn’t sound right to my husband and I, so we didn’t do it. While dealing with the plumber we called the City of Warren. When they city came out, we were given a list of plumbers and the guy said “Call one of these guys. We work with them all the time, and they will not rip you off.”. We felt if the city was willing to recommend a company, they must work with them regularly and do good work.We wanted to get a second opinion on the pipe, so we called Bison. The guy my husband spoke to was very nice. They had Saturday hours so we were able to have them out at a time that was good for us, and it wasn’t considered an emergency service. Bonus! Two techs came to the house, I wish I knew their names, but they were great. They got to work right away putting a camera down a few of the clean-outs in the basement. Within a few moments they said “I don’t see a crack. Your pipes are in really good shape.”. They explained everything we were seeing on the camera, what type of pipes are in our house and area, and how we have a tie-in with our neighbors. Both techs almost immediately said what the other plumber told us was wrong and if there was a crack, they should have shown it to us on the camera.These two professionals gave us peace of mind that our original decision was correct. Then we felt a bit mad that we were about to get ripped off by the other guys. Lol It is nice to know that we now have a plumber when we need one and we feel we can trust them, and they are not just trying to make a buck off of us. I will recommend them to anyone I know needing a plumber.

This company is very honest and profesional. On every aspect of the job from the office to the field was amazing..

expensive. these guys were fast but way overpriced. I was quoted two and a half times what I eventually paid to Vaughn's Plumbing (great guy) and I had to give Gamble a $25 service call fee to get the quote. the plumber who came and gave the quote was pretty nice and called in to see if he could bring it down. the boss thought I should pay even $100 more. (all my conversations with that boss made me feel like he was on speed.)
