They came to unclog shower drain… my toilet was fine after they left they said they could not fix the problem my toilet didn’t work anymore and they let water over flow on all my shoes and printer and said it’s not they fault… left my house dirty… and when I called to explain to the boss he hung up and said it’s my trash in the drain not his.. I will never hire this company again!!!!!

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

I called them because my bathtub flouset was not working. He came I talked to him about the problem and told him about the problem and what's wrong and said I have a new flaucet as well. He spends 5 mins replacing the nozzle from the new one to the old one and charged 100. I thought he was joking for doing something so simple and charging an extreme amount. He was on the phone talking to his friend talking about how how he makes $65 an hour. But the way he rips people of i can tell he's making so much more. I called to complain but Heaney said there is a service charge for just going to your house so it could be why. oI would never call them again in my life and I hope no one else has to deal with this kind of service.
