Best Residential Electrical Service in Detroit MI

Cregger plumbing has been extremely unprofessional in doing our work.They installed a new hot water heater in our condo on Jan 9th, 2020 and then there were a series of issues with the pilot light going off for which Cregger team charged me for every visit (~$100). They could not diagnose the issue and hence a new heater was installed again on April 8th, 2023 for which they charged me installation fees of ~$700 . The new heater started exhibiting similar issue again. We were told that this is due to the issue of wind blowing back from the chimney area.Considering the amount of money spent so far with Cregger (over $2000), we decided to do all the tests with another plumbing company and it appears that the main issue turned out to be that the gas pressure level was not at desired level and we had to call the Gas company and adjust the regulator from outside (free of cost).As part of new hot water installation, every contractor has to pull a permit and go through inspection. I wonder why Cregger did not do basic tests during new installation ?I tried calling them several times to discuss this issue and they never returned my calls.Avoid this company, they are extremely unprofessional !

My experience started 2 months ago, my furnace died. DTE program called Home Service Corporation and I received excellent service and I purchased a Bryant furnace, the installer worked very dilligently all day to restore my heat ( please look for his name). His helper Dematri was constantly assisting him, excellent helper. Today my water heater needed to be replaced. DTE program called HSC, I chose them again to replace my water heater. Installed in just few days after they were called. Today I had pleasure of Kevin D. as installer who worked dilligently to restore my hot water which I greatly appreciate. Dematri came shortly after to assist with water heater and they both worked very efficiently together to get job done. I am very pleased with the great organization within this company. I will continue to ask DTE to send them to service all my appliances and will purchase what I need from them. I am a single person and it is so great to be able to trust and put confidence in your good service. Thank You!
