Best Minor Plumbing in Detroit MI

Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Completely unreliable had to wait day and a half for service. Although website claims they are 24 hours. Then show up to the job late and say they cant fix the problem and to call another company. I guess we should have called a reliable company like Benjamin Franklin. 06/26/2020 worthless.

I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!
