Derrick, from Cregger heating and cooling cam e to our house to fix our furnace. He arrived quickly and was extremely professional, he took his time to explain everything that was happening. He had the part we needed on his truck and was able to test our furnace twice before he completed the job. Derrick also told us what to look out for in the future. Great job! Very unprofessional and they don’t care about their customers. I called for service because my heater is not working.. they told me they can’t come out for 2 weeks.. I said it’s 20 degrees outside and I have children. Obviously I can’t wait 2 weeks..I asked if they have an emergency way of coming out to help me.. they said no and that they have no one for 2 weeks. I asked to speak to a manager.. I was given voicemail and he did not return my call.

In my opinion a very unprofessional company that you should not waste your time calling
