Jon was extremely professional, extremely communicative, and the visit was very educational. We have an old house, (built in the early 1950’s), so there are a lot of things common to homes in our era that are uncommon in modern homes; and yes, that includes the plumbing 🙄Jon was great at explaining the updates that need to be done, great at giving advice on pros and cons of certain procedures, and not at all pushy in ANY way. I called to get my furnace checked out before the cold weather hits. Lamar came out and tested everything, cleaned up the flame sensor, and checked the filter to make sure everything is in good working order. Arrived on time and did what was promised.
