They provided us with great service when a pipe was leaking in our basement during the weekend. Mark R came over on Superbowl Sunday and was a delight, such a nice guy! He got the job done quickly and for a great price. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs a reliable person to fix leaky pipes.

We were caught completely off guard when our completely remodeled newly purchased home started to have water back up and on a Sunday. We were relieved when Roto-Rooter said that they could come out and address the issue. Zach was incredibly helpful and efficient. It's been a few days and no more back ups.

I called the owner who listened to my water heater problems and we decided a new heater was needed. He was able to send a plumber on Saturday to install it but when his plumber got here, he noticed another part which he suspected may be the culprit. He could’ve kept this from me and proceeded to install the new heater for 7x the cost of replacing these parts but had this guy had the integrity to shoot straight instead. When done there was a small leak which he had to make a trip to get special parts for, yet didn’t charge more for this extra hour of work on a Saturday. Very happy!

This company is phenomenal they sent a master plumber who was prompt, professional and even took the time to explain why and what needed to be done to correct the issue and bring it up to code.
He fixed the issue quickly and did a great job. I am keeping this guy on speed dial because he is the one! Thank you so much 😊

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
