Kyle R was extremely professional when he came out and took a look at my water tank and the pipes for my sprinkler system. He was very diligent with his work and when Dan came by later to help with the last part of the install, things were able to get done even quicker. I appreciate the hard work and the respect shown to me while getting the work done. I’d definitely recommend Tipping Hat to anyone and will use them in the future for any projects I may have. Keith and Jonathan had looked after my old furnace and a/c for a few years before I had them replace the whole system with hi-efficiently units and added a humidifier and it almost cut my monthly bills in half. It was worth it to keep up the annul maintenance contract that covers Spring and Fall cleaning and tune up, plus they are capable of service/flush my on demand hot water heater and garage door. Always professional, arrive on time or early, and available for emergencies. I would always highly recommend Horizon!

Called Roto-Rooter for a slow draining drain. Roto-Rooter did not show up at the expected (reserved time 9-1) consequently we had to reschedule for the next day. Again, they did not make the appointed time 8-12, but did show up around 1:00. We had a clogged drain cleaned, which took about 45 minutes, the work was completed, but unfortunately the cost was more than 3 times what other plumbers charge (the bill was $389). I called roto-rooter and questioned this amount and was told that is their normal fee. They are a professional company, just way too expensive for me to give them a good rating. I will be using someone else next time.

Based on the way this van cuts others off in traffic I wouldn't use our recommend RotoRooter. How good can their customer service be if this is how their road etiquette is.
