Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and friendly. He seemed to do his job well, explaining what was necessary as he did the repair. Very patient when addressing our questions and concerns. He also was nicely dressed and tidy.

Our daughter referred Golden West to us and we sure are glad she did. We bought a bit of a fixer upper and we’ve used Golden West for several repairs and installations, and will continue to do so, enthusiastically. Today, Anthony, Jerry and Alex installed a new sump pump. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, were respectful to our home, to me and husband, and my dog. Anthony showed us on his iPad when the job was done what was installed (so we didn’t have go downstairs in the crawl space!).
