Best Regular Maintenance in Denver CO

My technician was very considerate and professional. He fixed the leaky pipe and we have had no issues with leaking since then. I would have given 5 stars but was very disappointed that all communications and references from the company were directed to my husband, even though I scheduled the repair, gave my contact info and even paid the bill. I would have appreciated being acknowledged as the customer.

Scheduling an appointment with Horizon was easy. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He quietly went about his work and when finished, he satisfactorily answered all of our questions. We will definitely use Horizon again!

Hi - Justin and Sam installed a new furnace in our home (5330 E. Cedar) yesterday and we were VERY pleased with their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and conscientiousness. They worked very hard from morning until early evening and our home looks like no one was here - it's clean and neat. The furnace seems to work great, and Justin patiently explained all the details about the unit and the new thermostat. Although we didn't have much interaction with Sam, other than pleasantries on his way in and out of the house, he was very polite and deferential. We did speak extensively with Justin who is knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations and pleasant and well-spoken in our conversations with him.A good word also for Matt and Will who were our initial contacts re. the furnace and who were also great representatives of your company. Will was here a couple of times and was very conscientious in his testing of our furnaces (two separate units), and Matt was very responsive to our email and phone queries after we purchased the new unit.

I had used another plumbing company for years but was getting tired of their impersonal approach when I was dealing with them. When it came time for sewer repair on the new house I called James based on all these great reviews. I am not disappointed as he came out instead of just sending a technician. After scoping the line he brought up some options and I got the entire line replaced for a little more than the repair would have been. While completing the work his guys removed the cover on an outside electrical outlet. When James came by later he put the cover back on. Attention to the little things didn't go unnoticed.
