I was impressed that he fit me in within two days for a non-emergency repair. He was right on time, and immediately went to the source of the problem, which was a broken frost-free faucet. Wes showed me a couple of options he recommended, I chose one, and he immediately went to work. Wes is clearly conscientious, and he took time to explain things as he had to shut-off the main water valve to the house. I am picky about who I let do work in our home, and Wes was the perfect combination of friendly, professional, knowledgable, and respectful of our home. His pricing was very reasonable, the work was high-quality, and I won't hesitate to call him for all our future plumbing needs.
