I am so sad. Two years ago Plumbline installed a new heater for me. Everything went great they responded promptly and delivered on all of their commitments. Heater has worked flawlessly since. I decided to use them again for my AC when it quit working. I scheduled an appointment, they were a week out. Understood it’s busy time of year. Unfortunately they didn’t show up for the appointment, or call, no communication from them at all. Tuesday morning after they missed the Monday appointment I had a chat session with one of their reps on their website. She told me she would have Plumline call me. By noon no call, so I call and spoke to a representative on the phone. She said she would have dispatch call me and try to get us fit in same day. Still no response two days later. I guess they are too busy now for my business. Hate to see a good reputable company go downhill like this. I found another company that was great and took care of my issue. Sorry Plumbline you’ve lost a customer.

My old hvac unit had undersized ducting and needed to replace it with something bigger. Travis mentioned I could put the unit in my attic and open up space in my basement. Brilliant idea!!! I had the unit moved to the attic and he did an excellent job! With the correct size ducts my house stays the temperature it's supposed to and works great! He did a very professional job! I would recommend this company!

A few months ago we had to have our kitchen drain snaked due to backup problems. Nate came and was awesome as usual. Very helpful advice and very kind and courteous. A day after his fix, I had water soaking my kitchen cabinet where the drain was snaked. A pipe fitting was not tightened after the job and water leaked over everything in the cabinet. Easy enough for me to fix myself, but because I paid money for the repair, I don't feel I should be responsible for making sure all the pieces are put back properly.

More concerning was when we called to have someone come look at our swamp cooler in early May. We were having what we thought was electrical problems. Chad came out and helped us. He said it wasn't electrical but that we needed a new pump and motor and we were charged over a $1k - extremely overpriced for those items that we have fixed ourselves, but I wanted the issue done with so we had him fix it. He left the job that night with us having a completely non-working unit. To his credit, he did come out and redo the repair the next day. But today (6/9/18 ) only a month after the repair and a thousand dollars later, we have a swamp cooler that is not working. I will never call on Time again for a repair or service. They do not do a thorough job. They send techs that don't know a lot about what they are fixing. And they price gouge. I will say again, the people are very nice, but the work they do is not trustworthy and their prices are extremely inflated.

Original Review: I had to have a new hot water heater installed. I called Time in the morning when I first noticed it and Nate F was at my house within a half an hour. Amazing service. He gave me a lot of info and options and there was no pressure in which option to choose. He was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the process.
