Aaark Total Home Services was called for no heat. The 15 year old furnace would have needed $1200 in repairs with no guarantees as to what may break next or when. The furnace was replaced, the 15 year old water heater was replaced preemptively and a new humidifier was put on the unit. A big project that Aaark Total Home Services managed expertly. They had five trucks to the house to get everything done in a day. They took excellent care of the house with runners and clean shoes/boots, and care to not hit anything when hauling old and new equipment. I would highly recommend Aaark for all your home care needs. Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

We had the best experience with the electrician, Chad. He came and gave us a quote very quickly, and was able to start the work when we wanted to, also quickly. It was a big project and it took a few days but he was respectful and always gave us a heads up on when he was going to be at our house. We had him do a few things that came up while he was here and was able to add more projects no problem. He even helped me move something because he saw I needed help. I would 100% tell anyone that Chad was great and next time we need anything done we will only ask for Chad. Thanks for everything!
