Our technician Casey Coleman came out at 8pm on a Sunday night to clear our clogged main pipe. He was incredibly polite and helpful. I have no reference for plumbing rates, but I felt the service cost was fair. Based on this job, I would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter and Casey in particular.

Professional and quick response. We needed our underground gutter drains cleaned out due to a blockage, someone came out the day I called to schedule. The technician Mr. Wyatt was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
