The tech was capable, performed the work within a reasonable time, and did a good job. Im giving them three stars because they missed the allotted time window by hours. They estimated he would be there between 9-1 and he didn't get there until 4:30. Could be a scheduling issue since I described my problem in detail but the tech thought he was only installing a toilet, when the problem was more complex than that.

Brandon F. has been extremely helpful throughout the past few days. As issues kept piling on he figured out the actual cause of it and stopped further damage. He also had Chris R. With him and they both did great work on each of the projects (toilets, sink, and PRV).

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
