I had a completely new HVAC system installed by the Tipping Hat team this week. Expensive, sensitive home uograde that we do not take lightly. This required some extensive planning and modifications to my existing infrastructure and home. The team starting with sales through plumbing, electrical, install and more were great overall. They showed care from the beginning regarding my concerns and wishes and were quick to modify things as I requested. They work long hours and deal with a huge flux in temps day to day. They could have cleaned up better in the end, but that is my only negative comment. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that was done.
