He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

We had two smelly drains: one in the kitchen and one in the shower. James came over on time, and he took a look at the problem and was able to diagnose it right away. James was patient in answering my questions, and he was very courteous and friendly.

He did the work quickly, and he had a person (an apprentice?) shadowing him. I listened to him explain everything. He was very knowledgeable as I listened to him explain things. He made sure that nothing was leaking after he finished his work. He even went out of his way to fix something on our faucet (which wasn't what he came in for).
