Best Gas Boiler Installed in Denver CO

I contacted Tipping Hat back in 2021 to have my a/c and furnace replaced. I then had to cancel the install due to unforeseen circumstances. Tipping Hat was still willing to take my business even after having to cancel. I proceeded to schedule another install only to have to cancel again due to Covid. I recently called them back to see if my original offer was still available and they were more than willing to honor the original price as much as they could. They were even able to do a next day install. The techs were great. Punctual and professional. Their work turned out great and I am thankful for their patience with me. Great company. Highly recommend.

I never leave bad reviews because I own a business. However, they were horrible! I don’t know how they have so many stars. What happened was our furnace stopped working. We had person after person come out. Finally one guy came and told us we needed a new furnace for 16k. Mind you the furnace is only 1,5 years old. He then said ok 2k and I’ll get it working. We agreed. Furnace worked.Then, we called the people who installed it. They came out and said it was a simple sensor problem, which would have been a trip call. He also said they work on commission, which is why they ripped us off. Now the warranty is voided. That part is our fault because we didn’t know there was a warranty on it.I called several times to get this resolved, I was ignored. I guess they want to go to court for fraud. Awful service.

There is never a good time for a water heater to stop working, but ours went out while we had out-of-town company for the weekend. After a freezing cold shower I called Time at 7:30am. David F was at our house at 9am and the heater was installed, including code compliant pipes, by noon. He was very professional and didn't mind that our cat was trying to help. Once installation was complete David explained everything about the new heater and what to expect in the following hours. We are happy to have hot water again and are very pleased with this service!
