I'm a residential customer. I lost a clorox wand head down my toilet, it stopped up the toilet. I tried all the things I could as an inexperienced non-plumber. I called Befort and they sent Chris out. He was very knowledgeable with a can-do attitude. While he had a longer snake, it still did not fix the problem. The conclusion was the toilet itself was broken. I obtained a replacement and rescheduled Chris to install. After install, toilet flush did not improve. After several flushes that darn wand head finally broke free. The jet on the original toilet was not pushing very forcefully. All in all, I'm pleased with Befort and still mad at myself for losing that thing down the toilet in the first place.

We had our air conditioner and furnace put in by To The T Plumbing & Heating last May (2018). They did a wonderful job! Very professional - they were on time, treated us with respect and we have had absolutely no problems since. The units they put in work amazing!
