Professionalism and experience at its best!We had our old furnace and AC unit replaced, and John was one of our Service Pros. He put floor protectors down and wore shoe covers as well. He was careful when moving equipment and parts in and out to protect our home. He is friendly, polite and professional. John demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in his craft. He worked late to get our units installed and tested. Then took the time to ensure we understood and were comfortable with the system before he left.We have found a great resource in Tipping Hat and can confidently recommend them!

Andy was great! He is an expert on boilers and knows how to do things right. He spent a good chunk of time cleaning ours as best he could, given its unfortunate state. A new pump and boiler are likely in our future and I will 100% trust Andy’s advice about those moving forward.
