We had a new furnace installed. The people at Tipping Hat were courteous and knowledgeable. Michael came out and did a thorough diagnostic on our old furnace and we were lucky enough that they were able to install a new one the very next day. I am glad we went with Tipping Hat and would recommend them to others if asked.

Shane M was my service tech for a furnace tune up and repair. I knew when I scheduled the appointment something was going on with my furnace and I was fearful that it was going to be a big, expensive fix. Shane was knowledgeable and fixed the suspected problem quickly and efficiently. The furnace is near silent now and runs perfectly. Bring on the sub-zero weather!! He told me that my furnace was in good shape and servicing it ongoing would keep it running smooth. I appreciate his honesty and fixing only what was necessary. Plus he is a super nice guy and extra careful to not track dirt on carpet.He was quite knowledgeable about the work that the company does with Brent's Place also. As an active volunteer myself, I have a lot of respect for team members that understand that it feels good to do some good. I went ahead and bought the membership and made a donation. Dr. Fix-It's affiliation with Brent's Place was one of the main reasons I chose this company. Strongly recommended!
