The team that replaced out HVAC system was awesome!! Joseph Romero, Dario and John were timely, professional, informative, courteous and enjoyable.The communication from bid to completion was thorough. They arrived in time, explained what to expect, then completed it!! I know this shouldn’t be shocking, but we have become used to contractors rescheduling, not showing up, poor communication… The Tipping Hat crew really exceeded our expectations.Thank you!!

Preston showed up on time after communicating that he’d be there (giving me plenty of time to make it home from work to the appointment). Upon initially discussing the problems I was having with my furnace he immediately offered his opinion and told me how he could work through diagnosing the issue. When he started working on the furnace he was patient in explaining what he was looking for, what he was doing and helping me to understand the issue - providing me the piece of mind to know that he knows what he is doing and taking any questions I had and throughly addressing each issue. Overall great experience leaving me feeling confident in moving forward in resolving the issue (which is basically getting a new furnace through PlumbLine. Couldn’t recommend Plumb Line or Preston more and will never hesitate to call them again for any issues that may creep up.

If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would. I can't begin to explain how wonderful and efficient Chad was. He is a very nice and wonderful man and you can see he puts that into his work. I felt very comfortable and relaxed having him in our home. He is so detail-oriented and very thorough with his work. He really puts forth the effort and takes care of you as a customer- which you don't see a lot these days. The pricing was extremely fair and I will definitely be calling him back if I ever need assistance again. Thanks, Chad!
