For the first time in 3 years, my cooler is running quietly after replacing the motor and a pulley.

Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating has been fantastic! My heating system failed and they were able to rearrange some people/other projects to get to mine sooner. Omar, Matt and Daniel were great to work with, taking extra time to get everything done with high quality and still concerned about our lack of hot water and heat! I have no concerns about asking them back for other work as it comes up--in fact they're already coming back to install a new pressure tank.

This review has nothing to do with the technicians, they were all great, professional, and super knowledgeable. This review is about the cost of the services. I had a leaking shower head (bad valve cartridge). It was discovered that my water pressure was too high and had to install a new pressure valve. This is not the problem, I think I paid a fair price for that part but charging me $524 to replace a shower valve cartridge, when the technicians were already here? It took less than 10 mins to swap the cartridge out and make sure it was no longer leaking. Checking with other plumbers, this should have been no more than $300. Unfortunately for me I was not in a position to have them stop and call another service to fix it. I doubt I would ever use Golden West again.
