Called Monday to report potential frozen pipes and was told I would be seen same day. The window of time passes and I called since I hadn’t heard anything. They inform me they will be late. I get another call back saying they need to reschedule completely for the afternoon next day. Day of they call me to confirm my appointment. Few hours later get another call asking to reschedule again. Ultimately cancelled my appointment and will never call back. One star for horrible customer service.
