Best Drainage Leaking in Denver CO

I have used Roto-Rooter exclusively for all of our plumbing and water emergency and remodel needs since 2002 because I know they are knowledgeable and will make the repairs correctly and guarantee them. I use them for the yearly clean out of the sewer line to the street religiously ever since some back-ups/floods in my basement years ago and they taught me how to combat it by simply putting that on my schedule regularly.This last visit was due to an unfortunate incident because one year ago against my better judgement I went ahead and let the contractor remodeling my kitchen set up the new pipe line format inside the island for the sink. He acted like he knew how to do it. Wrong. I had to make an evening call for help when we discovered a pool of water had leaked through the floor to the basement ceiling, accumulated on the top of the wall cabinets in the office below the kitchen and was pouring onto the desktops and equipment. There was no extra charge for the after hours call! They located the problem quickly (improper joint, improper placement, and a water line not secured in place which when inadvertently was pushed by items under the sink cabinet, caused an awkward angle with the joint, and then a leak, and then a constant stream). It was solved quickly and the technicians (as is always the case) were wonderful.They are all thorough, well-trained, and keep you availed of every step and answer all questions. They also make additional suggestions for future consideration and offered remediation help if I felt the water damage was extensive. Another big plus is that they are so courteous and are conscientious about not tracking in dirt or snow, and cleaning up thoroughly. I very highly recommend this company.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Emergency Plumbers Denver LLC was a lifesaver when I had a burst pipe in my home. They were able to come out right away and quickly fix the issue. The plumber was friendly and explained everything in detail. Great service!

I have used Sharon twice now in the last two months. I first used him on a burst water spigot on a rental property. He came out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning and had the spigot replaced (and a shut-off valve installed) within a very short time. He was able to work around the water remediation team and we had the water back on for the tenant within a short time.

I was so impressed with his service, professionalism, and responsiveness, that I called him when I had an issue with the kitchen drainage pipe in my own home that was backing up, but on a sporadic basis. I had had one of the big outfits out twice and they had not been able to resolve the issue and kept trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had Sharon come over to check out the issue, but we were unable to recreate the issue when he was here. He didn't charge me for the visit and told me to call him the next time it acted up. A week later the problem came back. He came right out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me and charged a very reasonable price.
