To say they have gone down hill is an understatement. $500 charges for work never done. I have spent 2 months trying to get in touch with someone and have gotten nothing but the run-around. Seems no manager or supervisor is ever available, and their call center? They'll just hang up on you or transfer you to another agent who has the same inability to help that they do. if you use them. be prepared to have to dispute charges with your credit card company. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually backs up their work and treats their clients with some respect. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
