We had a very stubborned drain in our kitchen that needed some immediate attention, so my wife called Adams Plumbing, LLC, and Wes worked us into his busy schedule that evening. It wasn't an easy clog to remove, but he took extra effort to get the job done right and we are pleased with his work. Wes is easy to work with and lets you know what he's doing in advance so there are no surprises. I have some follow-up plumbing work that needs to be done, and look forward to having Wes back to help us again soon.

Travis came by today to give a free estimate because my shower wasn’t getting hot enough. He stopped in for two minutes, looked at the shower/tub faucet and handle, then went to his vehicle. About 10 minutes later he came back with an estimate of $495 to replace the cartridge (a $30 part). My husband wasn’t home at the time and I HAD to get a shower... but when he got home he started to look at the problem. It took him about 30 minutes to diagnose and repair the problem with a new handle from Home Depot for $10. There was an adjuster for hot:cold settings within the shaft coming from the cartridge. Travis didn’t even bother to look. I feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am unfamiliar with plumbing (and being a woman). Had my husband been coming home sooner, I wouldn’t have bothered, but I REALLY wanted to take a hot shower this afternoon. Oh well. Don’t trust these guys to be honest and actually find the root of the issue. They’ll just estimate to replace the whole entire fixture and bill you x10 for parts and labor. What a bunch of crooks.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

WOW! So pleased with these guys right now. I needed a gas line run for a stove and my original plumber cancelled on me last minute. Imagine trying to get a plumbing appointment the Thursday before Christmas! I called and pleaded my case to the receptionist who told me they just got a cancellation for Friday morning. First of all, he was early! Not a bad thing for me. Secondly, he was able to do an evaluation, give an estimate and start working immediately. We had already gone through the estimate process with a few other plumbers and they were right in the middle. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive! Best part! He even installed the stove once the gas line was put in! Merry Christmas to me and thank you so much!!!!
