Best Water Heater Repair Denver in Denver CO

I was told by the electrician that I needed to replace a control board. It cost me $180 for the diagnostic, and I bought the part separately for $80. I called Time to ask for help with the install, and the supervisor told me they can't do anything further because suddenly it's outside their scope of work.

Separately, I asked Time to come out and repair a hot water boiler system, which is still under their warranty. They said that due to understaffing, they wouldn't be able to schedule anything for at least 4 weeks. Therefore, I had to call another company to do some repair work, which was unnecessarily expensive.

Extremely frustrating since I've used Time at least 8x in the last 3.5 years, and the last 2 experiences are subpar. Management - please learn how to prioritize your existing customers and honor your previous work.
