Mike Taylor is a likeable and knowledgeable plumber. The last plumber I hired to fix the toilet told me that the whole toilet needed to be replaced. Mike came in and said that the toilet is fine, just needs new parts installed CORRECTLY. He installed the parts and saved me a bundle compared to replacing a toilet. I now have his number on speed dial - because everyone needs an honest plumber on speed dial.

The person who took the call, Julia, was extremely rude. When I said I needed some information before giving my details to schedule a visit, she hung up on me.

He understood my budget and did not try to up-sell me but instead offered sage advice and experienced perspective. His work was on point, and he left our bathroom cleaner than he'd found it.
