Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

John and Detlef were amazing. We will be using Dr. Fix-It for all our plumbing, heating and cooling needs from now on. Our sewer line had been backing up for a little over a month. We had a low quality company (Jimmy Rooter) come out and try to clear the line for us, TWICE to no avail. We had two other companies come out and try to do the same thing as well as look at the sewer line with a camera. One said it would be $700 for just running the snake through the line and the other said we'd need to replace part of the line by digging up my driveway and quoted me $4900.I'm so glad I called Dr. Fix-It. John really knows his stuff, explained it to me so that I understood it, was honest and fair. His company doesn't try to cheat you out of your money and they do quality work. Detlef is one of the hardest working young men I've ever met. He was down there in our crawl space trying to clear the line for about 45 minutes (in comparison the other guys spent 10, maybe 15 minutes) and succeeded. We now have water, no backups and have found a wonderful company we can trust. Thank you so much!
