Want to shout-out Adam for helping us with our furnace last week. It was a frustrating time trying to track down the issue because it would work sometimes and go out others. Adam continued to come out and work with us on a solution, doing research on his own time to figure out the issue and always had a great attitude. I think we got it figured out now and am very grateful for the effort put in with all the cold days we've had. Thanks!

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. We had an trouble with our unit and they arrived out that same day. Got a diagnostic done and gave multiple solutions for us to choose from. The new unit we chose will be installed tomorrow so we don’t have to worry about being stuck in the heat later this week.
