I had a water heater leak and needed it fixed right away. I called them and they scheduled an appointment within 2 hours. The technician was professional and courteous. Fixed all my issues and recommended remediation for the leak. I highly recommended them. A bit on the pricy side, but worth it.

This company is phenomenal they sent a master plumber who was prompt, professional and even took the time to explain why and what needed to be done to correct the issue and bring it up to code.

Doctor Fix-It Plumbing, Heating & Electric....... you're entire team I dealt with was fantastic and a very caring team!!! I had a very sick niece with me last week and she was needing to take hot baths and showers but of course my heater locked me out right when I needed it most. I called Doctor Fix-It right as they were closing for the day but Alicia (sp) took such great care of me and did everything she could to get me on the schedule first thing in the morning. She called me a couple of times to follow up and make sure we were taken care of. Then, Chris Vincent showed up and was the most understanding, tradesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. HE was so knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I had hot water and discovered a gas leak that he also fixed while he was here. They put my mind at ease and made me feel safe knowing I could not have been if the gas leak wasn't found. Thank you to everyone that helped me get through this very hard time.Shane Marberry was our HVAC tech that I originally called for help. He then called his team and they took the best care of me that they possible could. Thank you ALL!!!!
