I needed to replace my water heater. I have used TYCO before and trust them. Robert came to our home and evaluated the old water heater. I explained the issues I was having. Robert evaluated the current system. In the end I asked to have the water heater replaced. I was provided with a quote which included several options including providing my own hot water heater. I chose the Bradford White they recommended after looking at independent reviews. I also had them add a product called Scale RX which should extend the life of this water hearter as mineral build up is an issue for us. Robert also added a cold water shut off which allows us to isolate the water heater, improved the venting, added an expansion tank to bring the system up to current code, improved the gas line and trap system, and installed a proper ball valve for our humidifier. The job was clean and the work professionally done with no issues. The price was competitive with what I have read I should expect. I highly recommend using their services.
