I was more than pleasantly surprised with the service I received from High 5.
Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

I called Golden West yesterday morning when my not even 4 year old furnace was not heating like it should. It was cycling on and off but no warm air was coming from the vents. The HVAC company I normally use was booked and couldn't make it out till Sunday. I was concerned that my furnace would not run through the night so I wanted to find someone who could come out that day just to see what could be going on. I called Golden West. They did have time and put me down for an appointment in the late afternoon as an after hours service call but called me a few hours later to say they had had some cancellations and a tech could be out in 45 min. if that would work for me. I was delighted!!Andy (along with Luis) came out and tested my furnace. Andy was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and explained what he was doing. Everything looked good and was running fine. I'd mentioned to Andy I'd had issues with the flame sensor in the past so he did check that and cleaned it, which it was pretty dirty. He made sure everything was working correctly and ran some more tests. He said that it was working fine and was not seeing any issues with anything. I am pleased to report that I did not have any issues last night with my furnace nor today. I am very pleased that Golden West was able to fit me in so I could get this resolved and ease my worry about having heat through the frigid night. I highly recommend this company!! I also appreciate this company being able to fit me in on such short notice and being able to get out sooner than expected!! Andy and Luis did a GREAT job and am very pleased with their professionalism and expertise. I am so pleased to have found an Exceptional company to call for future issues! best plumbing co ever! recently i had hurricane come to my home. i have an older home in the Denver metro area and my sewer pipes are not the greatest. i have hurricane come out twice a year to snake. The last visit they made ,the master plumber checked my sewer lines with his camera. Wow these guys are so well trained and efficient . and the office staff are so polite . Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Emergency Plumbers Denver LLC was a lifesaver when I had a burst pipe in my home. They were able to come out right away and quickly fix the issue. The plumber was friendly and explained everything in detail. Great service!

I have used Sharon twice now in the last two months. I first used him on a burst water spigot on a rental property. He came out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning and had the spigot replaced (and a shut-off valve installed) within a very short time. He was able to work around the water remediation team and we had the water back on for the tenant within a short time.

I was so impressed with his service, professionalism, and responsiveness, that I called him when I had an issue with the kitchen drainage pipe in my own home that was backing up, but on a sporadic basis. I had had one of the big outfits out twice and they had not been able to resolve the issue and kept trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had Sharon come over to check out the issue, but we were unable to recreate the issue when he was here. He didn't charge me for the visit and told me to call him the next time it acted up. A week later the problem came back. He came right out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me and charged a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Sharon and Golden Hands Plumbing. He's fair, honest, knowledgeable, and a good guy.

We had an emergency water main repair completed by Dr Pipe - Denver sewer Scope LLC, and the crew that made the repair were all great. I'd highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.They are efficient, honest, hard working, they show up when they said they will, all while being fairly priced.

The person who took the call, Julia, was extremely rude. When I said I needed some information before giving my details to schedule a visit, she hung up on me.

Will never use their service. She was acting as if she was doing me a favor by providing me service.
