The owner came out at 7 am on Christmas Day and fixed my heating!!!!!

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

We recently used Golden West Plumbing when we found out our toilet was leaking into our crawl space. Phillip came out the night we found the leak and examined the situation. He clearly laid out all of our options and was very helpful and knowledgable! Throughout the whole experience Phillip was amazing! He was always available if we needed him, and the work was completed quickly and very well done!

We had previously had another (supposedly “reputable”) company tell us we needed thousands of dollars in repairs (which we told Juan up front). He came in and explained all options and provided his honest opinions. He was able to determine we only needed a minor repair and maintenance and saved us thousands of dollars! He could have easily leveraged the “opinion” of the other company to sell us a huge repair job but maintained his integrity and helped us completely fix the issue at a tiny fraction of the cost!
