By far the best crew for plumber issues! Used them 2 years ago and used them again. Will continue using them. Kyle the owner is very responsive! James the tech was grea and informative. This visit I had Garrett. He was very informative and was very knowledgable. Nobody else i would use for my plumbing issues, Especially pipe jetting! These are the PROS at jetting! Great work and team you have Kyle!

We have used Horizon for at least 4 maintenance/repair visit over the last 3-4 years. Both furnace and AC.
In late February, our VERY old furnace went out (the night before a foot + of snow feel on Denver).

#1: They were at our door within an hour of our call.
We weren't surprise to learn that it was time to say goodbye to our 19 year old furnace.
#2: They had their quote specialist at our door with in 30 minutes of making the decision to replace and she offered space heaters for us for the night.
#3: Furnace replaced the next day with a great crew of guys---not only were they on time but they came 30 minutes EARLY in a foot of snow and helped shovel our sidewalks and driveway before they worked all day at our house. Now we are toasty warm!

I see some on reviews mention they may cost a bit more--what is your time, peace of mind, EXCELLENT customer service, and warmth worth?

Planning on using them for a BIG AC replacement later this spring.
