In search of helpwith an interior water leak causing damage to hardwood flooring, I called this company and was amazed at the valuable time and advice. If he provided an unlikely customer with this level of sevice, I can only imagine the quality service real customers receive. Hard to find this calibre of customer service and integrity these days.

Josh and Audi were great! They came in the pouring rain and helped unclog the drain gave us a video showing what we would need to do. They were friendly and knowledgeable, very professional, would highly recommend.

I had a leak underneath my foundation I had water every were in my kitchen I am a single mother so I had no Clou what to do so I called a lot of pluming companies no buddy could help as good as texas slab leak repair they could answer my question directly over the phone and in less then an hour I had the plumer in my house repairing everything thank you so much you did a great job I am glad I called you guys !!!

Idk why, but choosing plumbing experts scares me. I don’t feel the “Human” part of doing business with plumbing companies. 3G wasn’t like that though. I felt like I was talking to real people. I’ll call em’ again one day.

I called them out for a gas leak I had been told I had by Atmos. They came out and responded pretty quickly and were nice.However, without even checking for leaks it was recommended my entire gas lines needed replacing for $9,400.I asked about testing for a leak and they told me the test will be expensive ($900) and was unnecessary because it is just going to tell them what they already know and that is I need a completely new system. In my mind I’m thinking if I’m going to spend the $9400 you say it’s going to cost for new lines, I’m going to need a little more convincing evidence.So I called around and went with another plumber recommended by friends. The leak test was less than a quarter of what Koen quoted and they didn’t even try to tell me what was wrong or give me an estimate until they were done with their leak test.Though the repairs were time and labor intensive, the entire system did not need to be replaced as was recommended by Koen.I hate to give a local business such a terrible rating but I was pretty disappointed to feel ripped off by someone from my own neighborhood.

Did not solve our problem and ran up the bill. After four hours, wanted to come back for a video scope for $500+. to see what they needed to do. Called another plumber who solved the problem in 20 minutes. Should have believed their one-star review in yelp
