Idk why, but choosing plumbing experts scares me. I don’t feel the “Human” part of doing business with plumbing companies. 3G wasn’t like that though. I felt like I was talking to real people. I’ll call em’ again one day.

We’ve used Total Plumbing on several occasion for various projects. We purchased an older home and the previous home owners used Total Plumbing to replace over 75 percent of the original plumbing. We’ve used them to declog toilets in 2 of 3 bathrooms, replace a hose bib, replace our kitchen sink p-trap, and install an R/O system for our drinking water. Their pricing is competitive and they do quality work. All the team members we’ve worked with have been very professional. Most recently, we’ve had Jubal out at our house and will be requesting him in the future as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Requested they install an RUR199iN to replace my 50 gallon tank water heater. They were delayed a few days due to bad weather, but as soon as the weather cleared up, they did exactly what they promised as well as repaired a gas leak in my kitchen. What they quoted is exactly what I paid. Also, they worked with Atmos Energy to make sure my gas gauge was appropriately updated and tested with more pressure than we'll ever need.
