Daron came to my house to perform a small repair. He was very personable, knowledgeable and eager to answer all my questions.He explained in details the issue and was able to make recommendations quickly.I recommend Pure Plumbing and Daron 100% and will use this company again based in the great service I received.

The owner of this company is the absolute WORST!!!!! They were supposed to come to my house on Tuesday afternoon. They called me Tuesday afternoon and told me they couldn’t make it that day and that they’d be out at 8:00AM for the first service call of the day. I agreed although I was annoyed Because I had worked my day to be at home and they didn’t call me until 3:30 to tell me this. Fast forward to 8:00AM the next morning and I’m at home waiting for them. I was NEVER told that I needed to answer my phone prior to their arrival in order for them to come. In all my years in dealing with service companies, they have given me a courtesy call 30 min before to let me know they are on their way. But I don’t have to answer! Apparently I missed a phone call from them at 7:30 and when I called back at 8:00AM, I was told they wouldn’t send a technician this morning. Even though I had the time slot and even though they messed up my afternoon the day before. The owner was horribly rude.
