Will Ewing (restoration estimator) was thorough and very helpful with explaining the process, as we are first time homeowners making our first insurance claim. The water mitigation team of Jason and Isaiah were efficient and cleanup was completed earlier than expected.

We were experiencing water leaking from an unknown source. Our carpets were getting soggy on the other side of the wall. I called Pure Plumbing and Daron was at our facility within the hour. He quickly found the source and fixed the problem. We had a faulty hot water heater that started to leak. I specifically asked for Daron because he is familiar with 2 of my facilities. Not only is he consistent, professional, knowledgeable and fast -- he's very patient when explaining the problem and going over the solution. I'm not a plumber so I REALLY appreciate him using layman's terms when explaining the process. The price is very reasonable, and the quality of the work is exceptional! Daron has repaired and installed fixtures in the past, but this time was an emergency and I'm SO grateful he was able to help us as quickly as he has. I will certainly keep PP on speed dial.
