Their estimate was fair, they scheduled and started on time, notified us everyday of their anticipated arrival and what they would do on that day. They were courteous, informative, friendly and professional. They rerouted all our hot and cold lines through the attic and abandoned all the in slab copper, due to a slab leak. Cleaned up after themselves every day and took their trash away. They did a couple of little extra things for us and charged exactly what the original proposal was for and no more. Sam has completed at least 6 projects for me over the last ten years including, toilet replacements, disposals, clogs, supply line replacement and even tunneling under my house to repair water line leak under slab.
